15-Minutes Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Quick, easy, fast and delicious. For those who love mushrooms like I do, this will be the perfect side dish to consume, or even serve as an appetizer at your next gathering.


Total Time: 15 Minutes (Cook - 15 Minutes)

Servings: 4


Ingredients

  • 1 lb whole or sliced white mushrooms (or your favorite variety of mushrooms)

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh herbs like rosemary, parsley and thyme


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium-large skillet. Add garlic and stir.

  2. Add mushrooms and stir over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until tender.

  3. Sprinkle with the herbs and serve hot.
