These easy, on-the-go breakfast bars are quick to make, easy to make your own creative creation and a perfect way to quickly get rid of those overripe bananas. Feel free to add more fruit if you'd like.

Servings: 10 Bars
Ingredients
6 ripe bananas
4 cups gluten free oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Add oats, cinnamon, water and chocolate chips.
Line a square baking tin with baking paper or parchment paper. Pour in the mixture. Press down firmly with the back of a fork to compact it.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to coole for 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
