Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into 4 cups of florets
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup plain or panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place a piece of parchment paper on two baking sheets and set aside. Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-size pieces.
Place breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Mix the milk, flour and spices in a medium mixing bowl.
Dip the cauliflower in the batter, shake off excess batter, then dip into the breadcrumbs.
Lay cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheets. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
