Nothing is more refreshing and refueling after a good morning workout than a quick and easy smoothie, made with fresh fruit and yogurt. You can feel free to add or subtract whatever you choose in the smoothie.

Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Throw everything into the blend and blend until smooth.
Notes
* Swap the yogurt for plain Greek yogurt to increase the protein content.
* You are not limited in how much or how little you desire to add the the smoothie.
