Who knew you could make fried rice in an air fryer??? I didn't until I tried this recipe!!! Give it a shot and let me know what you think.

Ingredients
3 cups cold cooked white rice
1 cup cooked diced chicken
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced onion
Instructions
Place the cold cooked rice into the mixing bowl.
Add the vegetable oil and soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
Add the frozen peas and carrots, the diced onion and the diced chicken and mix thoroughly.
Pour the rice mixture into the nonstick pan. Place the pan into the Air Fryer.
Set the Air Fryer to 360 degrees with a 20 minute cooking time.
Once the timer goes off, remove from the Air Fryer.
