Imagine the taste and flavor of a bacon cheeseburger formed in individual meatloaves. This is sure to be a hit with the family.

Ingredients
1-1/4 lbs ground beef
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
4 tablespoons ketchup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the heat and stir in the mustard and worcestershire sauce.
In a large bowl, combine the onion mixture, beef, bacon, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg, 2 tablespoons of water and cheddar cheese. Mix together until well blended.
Form 4 individual meatloaves and place on prepared sheet pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of ketchup over each meatloaf.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
