Honey Lime Chicken Thighs

Sometimes, you don't have a lot of time to make a fantastic meal. But it doesn't take much to make something taste good, besides a little creativity and innovation, like this recipe.


Total Time: 25 Minutes (Prep - 5 Minutes / Cook - 20 Minutes)

Servings: 4


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, about 5 -6 thighs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken thighs on both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook chicken for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through to the other side.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, mix the honey lime sauce. Combine the lime juice, honey, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Heat a pan on medium high heat. Take chicken out the oven and transfer chicken bowl with honey lime sauce and mix together.

  5. Cook chicken on the stove for 7-9 minutes or until seared and browned on both sides and cooked through. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
