Honey Lime Chicken Thighs

Sometimes, you don't have a lot of time to make a fantastic meal. But it doesn't take much to make something taste good, besides a little creativity and innovation, like this recipe.
Total Time: 25 Minutes (Prep - 5 Minutes / Cook - 20 Minutes)

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, about 5 -6 thighs 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Juice of 1 lime 
- 1/3 cup honey 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken thighs on both sides with salt and pepper. 
- Cook chicken for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through to the other side. 
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the honey lime sauce. Combine the lime juice, honey, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Heat a pan on medium high heat. Take chicken out the oven and transfer chicken bowl with honey lime sauce and mix together. 
- Cook chicken on the stove for 7-9 minutes or until seared and browned on both sides and cooked through. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
