Salmon Burgers

Less than seven ingredients and less than 10 minutes later and you'll have a light, fresh lunch that you'll make over and over again.


Total Time: 10 Minutes (Prep - 5 Minutes / Cook - 5 Minutes)

Servings: 3-4 burgers


Ingredients

  • 12-14 ounces cooked salmon (canned salmon works as well)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, live chives, parsley or dill

  • A squeeze of lemon juice

  • Olive oil for pan-frying


Instructions

  1. Flake the salmon apart.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into 3 large or 4 medium patties.

  3. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the patties for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Place on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with salt.


Tips

*Feel free to top your burger with your favorite condiments and burger toppings.
