There is plenty of heat and spicy in this quick and easy pasta dish that can be eaten hot or cold.
NOTE: There are no actual peanuts in this dish, but if you have an allergy to peanut butter, don't try this dish.
Total Time: 15 Minutes (Prep - 5 Minutes / Cook - 10 Minutes)

Ingredients
16 ounces brown rice noodles (or any pasta you desire)
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon oil
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup lo sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions.
Finely mince the garlic and add to a saute pan with 1 tablespoon of oil (any oil of your choice).
Saute over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Add in all remaining sauce ingredients and whisk together until smooth.
Add about 1/2 of the sauce to cooked pasta and mix together.
Tips
* Start with only adding half the sauce in case you add any other ingredients into the dish, including vegetables, chicken, steak cubes, etc.
