Craving a burger today? Skip the McDonald's drive thru (and Burger King and Wendy's too) and make your own burger with ground turkey instead of beef. This recipe will pack a punch of flavor.

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey meat
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Favorite burger toppings and cheese
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey meat. Mix mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper, paprika, cumin and garlic.
With your hands, mix ingredients together and form into 4 patties.
Heat a skillet on the stove on medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and add patties. Cook for 5 minutes on one side or until brown, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve on your favorite bun (or lettuce leaves) with your favorite toppings.
