Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bagels

Need a quick and easy breakfast for the family? Make a big batch of these over the weekend, freeze them in individual Ziploc bags, and defrost during the week as you go!


Total Time: 25 Minutes (Prep - 10 Minutes / Cook - 15 Minutes)

Servings: 6


Ingredients

  • 3 everything bagels

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or favorite cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cook sausage and scramble eggs.

  3. Slice bagels open and lay on the baking sheet.

  4. Sprinkle eggs and sausage on bagels.

  5. Sprinkle cheese onto the bagels

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
