We About The Love of ... Party Food

It's that time of year when people are hosting small parties, gatherings and get-togethers.

But this year might look drastically different because we have dealing with a deadly virus in the midst of a pandemic. Large gatherings have been strongly discouraged this year. However, I would be foolish to believe that means people won't try to gather. I would only hope that my followers are wise and careful with their gatherings.

Okay, now that I have said my piece about that, let's get back to the food, shall we?

Now, with party foods, one thing to keep in mind is that most parties usually have people moving around and being active. So you want to make sure than the food you serve is easy to transport. That's not to say you can't serve steak, but it's hard to carry a full steak in your hand, so cut it into small bite-sized pieces.

But, don't skimp on the flavor. It is possible to still have rich, bold flavors. If you really think about it, party food is actually just a great way to take (certain) dishes and cut them down into small bite-sized pieces. So let your mind get a little bit more creative and ask yourself: How can I take the flavors of this dish and share it with as many people as possible at once?

We about the love of party food ... so let's party!
